In a horrible twist of fate and as if to prove the importance of my last post this has happened.
Thoughts are with the families of the men who died.

My thoughts are with the familys. Sad times ahead for them.
Good on you for publicising this Louise.
Its a subject that is becoming closer to my heart the longer I live here and more I challenge myself out on the mountains.
Also Michael's story is really inspiring and the challenge he's set for himself is huge!
A very sad day. My thoughts are with those involved and their families.
